STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE.

In accordance with the RoHS Directive issued by the EU which will come into force on July 1st 2006 we declare that all Shermann, ShermannAudio products are fully compliant with this directive.

The following list indicates the level of compliance achieved for our component parts at the date shown above.

PHL Loudspeakers: Compliant.

Fane Acoustics: Compliant.

B&C Loudspeakers: Compliant.

Beyma Loudspeakers: Compliant.

Eminence Loudspeakers: Compliant

In house processes and consumables.

All consumables used in the crossover and wiring loom manufacturing processes which include solder and flux have been changed to ensure compliance with the directive.
