Barbara Dickson's
2006 Concert tour is again using a Kinetic owned and operated Shermann RS5 / R118B compact
PA rig although this year the system has been augmented with R2M front fills.
With many dates fully sold since tickets were released Ms Dickson's 2006 tour, closing March 5th at Brentwood Leisure Centre, has been a huge success.
The band includes multi-instrumentalist Troy Donockley on guitars and Uilleann pipes, Russell Field on drums and Pete Zorn on mandolin, guitars, sax and flute.
As always, Ms Dickson's varied and expansive repertoire includes tender ballads,
traditional folk songs and of course, show stopping masterpieces.
The tour
is equipped with a ShermannAudio sound system capable of delivering
not only the raw power of the solid, powerful rhythm section but
also the delicate intricacies of acoustic instruments; not forgetting
of course Ms. Dickson's rich, lyrical voice.
Gareth Fox-Williams, Kinetics owner, has provided the tour with 4 x Shermann RS5, 4 x Shermann R118B, 8 x Shermann MRL3 (foldback) and 4 x Shermann R2M for various fill functions.
