New Shermann models in action - August 13th 2005 - Bangor University

RS5, R118C & R2M models used together for the first time.

Crystal Clear Audio in the form of long time ShermannAudio customer Nick Fatkin used two of the latest Shermann boxes at Bangor University on Saturday August13th.

More than 400 people attended a Gospel Evening in the Main Hall where Helen Shapiro talked extensively about her faith and her career.
Ms.Shapiro started the evening with a short set to the accompaniment of acoustic guitar and followed her illuminating talk with several songs using backing tracks starting with her well known chart topping hit from the early '60s "Walking Back To Happiness" which sounded as fresh as ever.

The FOH system consisted 2 x ShermannAudio RS5 mid/high packs and 4 x R118C compact subs along with 2 x R2M super compact models as centrally located front row fills.
On-stage vocal and instrumental mix was provided by 2, ShermannAudio R3W three way wedges whilst an additional instrumental mix was supplied on stage by 2, Mx250 models.

A Klark Teknik DN9848 provided crossover functions whilst FOH rig was powered by lightweight MC² E-Series power amplifiers which are now in standard use on our demo rigs.
On stage foldback was powered by the equally lightweight Nexus U1.5 power amps.
